HOW TO BOOK - 4 EASY STEPS
STEP 1. REQUEST AVAILABILITY AND CONFIRMATION
For availability and reservations please go to the booking drop down menu and click on Apartment Inquiry. There will be a request form to fill out, just fill in your information and your request will be sent to our Corporate Housing Specialist who will update you by e-mail on our availabilities and prices as soon as possible. Or, you may call 514-277-6464 to speak with an agent directly.
STEP 2. RENTAL AGREEMENT
Once availability has been confirmed with our agent you may reserve the apartment by filling out and signing the rental agreement that our agent will send you and paying the booking deposit. An email confirmation will be sent to you with the details of your booking once the contract is signed and the deposit is paid.
Remember that some apartments have a requirement of a minimum number of nights.
STEP 3. PAYMENT
The security deposit must be paid at the time of the booking and will be reimbursed within 10 days of your departure.
The advance payment is necessary to complete your reservation. The rent must be paid in upon arrival.
Important Note: Your reservation will only be FULLY EFFECTIVE when we receive the booking deposit.
Please note that the reservation deposit is non-refundable. For fully paid reservations please see our cancellation policy in the Terms and Conditions section.
